Laboratory for instrumental analyses

The instrumental laboratory is equipped with Waters liquid chromatography system, gas chromatograph, Thermo gas chromatograph, Perkin Elmer elemental analyzer.

Testing of contaminants in food is performed:
Nitrates, Mycotoxins - Alpha-toxin В1 and the sum of В1+В2+G1+G2, Alpha-toxin М1, Ochratoxin А, Zearalenone, Deoxynivalenol, Patulin, pesticides, heavy metals.

Methodologies are developed for determination of:
Sweeteners –saccharine, cyclamate, aspartame, acesulfame К; Sugars – sucrose, glucose, fructose, lactose; Preservatives – sorbic and benzoic acid, parabens in cosmetics, Capsaicin, Piperine, Beta carotene, Fatty acid composition, etc.

Because of the great interest of our customers, we perform also tests for:
detection of foreign fats /vegetable, animal/ in milk fat through gas chromatographic analysis of triglycerides, determination of cholesterol level, determination of trans fatty acid isomers.
